3. Our products
ouut. sells ready-to-use gel glitter products intended for external cosmetic use on the face, body and hair.
Please follow all instructions, ingredient information and warnings displayed on the product packaging. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.
Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and normal batch differences. We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every screen will show colours identically.
Nothing on our website should be considered medical advice.
4. Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, withdraw a product, or correct mistakes in product information. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and refund any payment made for that item.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in GEL and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order.
We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
6. Orders
To place an order, select your products, provide the requested information and complete payment through checkout.
After placing an order, you may receive an automatic confirmation. This confirms that we received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
The sales contract is formed when we confirm the order, dispatch it or begin preparing it for fulfilment.
We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Because ouut. products are cosmetic products, opened or used products may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return for health-protection and hygiene reasons, where permitted by law.
This exception does not affect your rights if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
10. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or does not match the order, contact us at hey@getouut.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This may include replacement, repair where appropriate, a price reduction or a refund.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may have separate conditions, expiry dates and exclusions.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes:

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
